QI GONG

 

Qi Gong, sometimes spelled Chi Kung, is a method of exercise, energy balancing and Chi enhancement which predates Tai Chi. In fact, Tai Chi is actually a form of Qi Gong.

 

These energy producing exercises are easy to learn and enable one to obtain many of the benefits of Tai Chi with out learning the complex exercise sets.

 

Further developed by the Tai Chi masters, these exercises enable one to open up and increase energy flow; or to free up areas of the body where energy has been “trapped” or inhibited by stress, poor alignment or injury.
